I recently bought a Sigma 35 1.4 from B&H, it already came compatible.

Prior than that I have a Sigma DG 24-70 2.8 and a Sigma DG HSM 70-200 2.8 which I sent to Sigma USA and they replaced parts and made them compatible for free.

Great service from Sigma. I enjoy my Sigma lenses.

Not sure I understand the reference to the original question. If it is a Pentax mount, what is needed to make it compatible?

As shown in the photos in the article of the original post, Sigma replaced the flange in certain lenses so it will not scratch the camera body.

That's where the Pentax Forums search feature comes into play.

It's the same body as the K-1 so some Sigma lenses have the same issue. Sigma is just being thorough.
