I have all of them, and I hope I did not make a mistake to have the k mount version.

Have 15-30, 28-105 and 150-450. Not convinced I need the 24-70, but the 70-200 is gorgeous,.. but difficult to justify when I have FA77 and DA*200.

The 15-30 initially sat in its drawer, a litlle unloved, but a trip to Northern Norway proved it really has 'it' when the scenery requires ....w i d e.... impressive image quality right from F2.8.
The 28-105 can rock with the right conditions; but, as I also have F28, F50, FA77 and Sigma 105 Macro, it really can't compete with those primes. However, if rain/snow/UK weather is involved then it becomes the goto walk-around lens - if I can prise it from my wife's KP.
The 150-450 is awesome, fast focussing and so sharp for a zoom.

May well consider the DFA??70-200?? F4, if it ticks the IQ boxes.

And SOOOO waiting for the DFA*50!!!

I only have one here I purchased w/ the K-1 Mark II. The 28-105 since it was $100 off, purchased as a kit.

Before that, all old glass w/ my K-5. The most expensive would have been the Sigma 150-500 DG APO HSM. Which will be on my K-1 tomorrow for an airshow.

My next Pentax lens (besides any legacy glass I find for cheap) will be the 15-30 since I am primarily into Nightscape/Landscape. Unless I decide to get the Rokinon 24mm f/1.4 or the Sigma 35mm f/1.4 sooner.

Sigma 35mm 1.4 is a very good lens provided if you get a good copy without focusing issue across all distances. I have sent mine for service, the third time along with my K1 to C.R.Kennedy for focus issues. Unfortunately I dont have a good experience with them but they provide warranty service in Australia for Sigma and Pentax and hence dont have much choice. The time I spent on calibrating it and purchasing additional USB dock and Spyder lens call is not worth the effort.

I have the 24-70, it's my favourite lens. I use it for nearly everything until it gets very dark and I have to switch to a fast prime. If I shoot portraits, I'll preferably use the 50mm though I only have the 1.8 for now, it works just fine on FF.

My of what I shoot at the moment is event photography of various sorts.

Thank you for that info.

Neither do I, except for the gem D-FA Macro 50/2.8... because of my Leica-R lenses park.. But HD D-FA 15-30/2.8 and 70-200/2.8 are fantastic I must say...

I also have a Sigma Art 35/1.4, I have no issue with autofocus but I do manual focus, where my eye tells me to do so..

I have all five of the D-FA FF zooms. Got them before I retired, knowing that my income would go way down. The three shorter ones, along with the FA Limiteds, have become my default travel bag. I'll take one or both of the long zooms if I know I'll be needing them. Use the 24-70 most often.

p.s. Used to have a Lexus. Does that count? My Mercedes is a '83 190D, but not my daily driver. Has just under 150,000 miles, which for a 37-year old car equates to just over 4,000 miles a year. It's a gutless car, but the stick shift helps. The RAV4 is the daily driver..
