You might want to PM LaurenOE. She is a video pro who uses Pentax DSLRS.

AFAIK there's nothing beside l-plates for the K-1.
WHat do you need an cage for - protection or accessory mounting?

Thanks to you Mikesul & Agerdan.

It's for accessories mounting.

Sadly...I tried several cage manufacturers...to no avail about making some Pentax specific things. I even offered to send them a K5/K3/K1 and nothing came of it.

I even machined some specific things for my photography stuff, but a full on Pentax cage would be a unicorn that I can't make or buy.

I buy all my other cages from Smallrig. https://www.smallrig.com/

I have all my A7 series, as well as A6500 in cages from them.
I love the use of NATO rails and Arri connections on the Smallrig stuff.

The price is great too.

Maybe someday.

Try googling for 3d printed cages. All a manufactrer needs is measurements.

Inside this cage is an A7RII...same cage I use for my A7SII.

Lots of holes for mounting things. NATO rail up top too.

Not sure 3D printing can replace good 'ol aluminium.

Hmm...a form fitting cage, is really the best way to go. I suppose if you have to have a cage for the K1...I suppose that will work.

Nothing on the Smallrig site works for you?

I bought the Manfretto medium cage and it fits very nicely on the K1.
So here's the product link an images of the Manfrotto Camera Cage for Medium DSLR Camera:
