Two photos, handheld, JPG, IOS 100, f 2.8, 1/500. The big is straight from camera, no adjustment. The cropped is 100 % cropped, no further adjustments. The third is a photo of the K-1 with the lens on. Shot with K-3 and smc PENTAX-M 1:2 85mm.

that's amazing, it would never have crossed my mind to mount a 110 lens onto a k-mount camera. Does it work solely as a macro lens?

Yes, more or less just a macro, You don't get infinity. But you can let your camera be om P and it automatically turns to AV! It's a fixed 2.8, so the camera just adjust the shutterspeed.


I have also mounted and old 67 lens with an adapter to M42, and a new adapter to K and then another adapter to Q, and it works! That's Pentax in a nutshell!

Here is one cropped and adjusted a bit in Elements 10. ISO 100, 1/250, f2.8, handheld.

If using Live View and an adapter that lets you move the lens inside the mirror chamber you will be able to get infinity focus.

Thanks a lot for your nice comment, I'll pay for the bandage! I've tried to use some of the other lenses from the 110-series, but it's the 70mm that works best. I'll post more photos!

I also tried to put the lens inside the camerabody with liveview shooting, I got some more distance, but not infinity. The distance is to far from the sensor compare to film those days.
