Mine says it's shipped but the tracking number isn't working yet. I imagine it will later today. Probably hasn't been picked up yet.

Have you called? I would reach out to the Pentax contact various people have mentioned in this thread. He is very responsive.

I'm also waiting to see if I get a "send it in" email. Part of that is tied to wanting to have the camera on hand for Christmas though. I'd be hesitant to send it in right now due to timing. Figure I'll call them after the new year if I haven't heard anything. We're only a few weeks off. Hard to believe.

Still waiting on mine! It's showing as "in repair" now, and I'm hoping to have it back before December 25.

Mine was in repair for only 1 or 2 days and then it was shipped in 1 ... so you likely will have it for the holiday.

Mine as well. It appears that they are overnighting them.

Mine was received by the Hamburg service on Monday, Tuesday they sent it back and now it's here!

Mine was in repair just a day or two and I just got. Wonder where you can find info on it since nothing came with it. Well here it is, all 140 pages -- http://www.ricoh-imaging.co.jp/english/support/man-pdf/k-1-2.pdf
