SanDisk is a brand which always tries to sell the cheapest production quality in high quantities and offering lifetime warranty for some selected models can't change the fact that they don't use SLC or MLC NAND. So the TLC SanDisk uses TLC which offers ~100 cycles per bit, SLC-NAND does have 100.000 r/w cycles.
