In-spite of the resurgence of full frame (24x36) , and very high quality of full frames images, it still isn't matching medium format for big enlargements / commercial works. I still believe that 24x36 is not more than a reportage format, as it always was, where versatility is essential.

Good point. My experience of the K-1ii is certainly a step up from APS-C, but I still remember shooting a Pentax 67 and getting 100+ Mpix scans from the negatives, with fine detail throughout and hardly any visible grain/noise. The only thing that matches that quality for me now is when circumstances allow multi-row panorama shooting.
