Pentax K-1 wheels usage

Hi Guys,
Just curios...Is this just me or is that common with Pentax K1 users. I used these wheels just a couple of times during one year of usage. How often do you use them?

Thank you. For ISO I use the ISO button and front wheel. I used these wheels just a couple of times for remote shots using my cell phone.

I think there isn't really a "common" usage, since the flexible customization is the whole point.

Different people have different approaches and the camera is flexible enough to deliver for all.

I don't use them often, but when I do I sure like using these instead of digging through a menu.

I use the WiFi, continuous, and bracketing settings the most.

I mainly shoot manual, so I tend to leave it on the ISO setting, that way I can quickly change ISO as needed. The other settings positions on it that I use regularly are HDR and bracketing.

I also shoot manual often with manual lenses. In that circumstance I use the third wheel for ISO control. With A and newer lenses I can control each of the three corners of the exposure triangle with my eye to the VF. Also I use it for WiFi and the third wheel for ON/OFF so I don’t need to Menu dive.

Thanks for the reminder. I tend to not think of those dials. Still stuck in my K-5 days.

I need to use it for bracketing. I would use it for ISO but I have my fingers trained in changing the ISO. I bet I would be slower with that dial even though it would be a single movement.

I do not use them all the time but it is nice to have a handy dial to quickly change from FF to crop or iso etc.

I find the wifi option gets the most use on mine. As a general rule of thumb the thing that is hardest to get to in the menus is the one that would get the most use. On this topic, wouldn't it be great if the wheel was able to be customised? That is you could assign functions to it that are most useful to yourself.

Aye whenever I need to whip stuff on and off, just saves me bags of time diving through menus.

Yes. That is my only disapointment with the wheel just a couple of open slots would be great.
