Lots of focus stacking here. It's essential with a lot of macro work as the depth of field is so shallow.

Absolutely agreed. If your eyesight is in a good shape, then focus is nice when you’re satisfied, not that 200% zoomed region.

Focus stack with 43mm ltd & K-1 in moonlight.



The stack goes from MFD to Infinity @ f/5.6 to retain maximum details at every distance. It is quite easy to bump the setup when doing manual focus stacking, so careful and slow focusing is recommended.
