Sorry if I missed this somewhere. The K-1 is the first Pentax DSLR with glowing LCD focus points in the optical viewfinder overlay. Can somebody comment on whether the K-70 has the same feature?

The K-70 user manual is available for download:

...and should provide detailed information about most of the cameras specifications/features. Beyond that, to the best of my knowledge, the K-70 has a viewfinder display similar to other Pentax APS-C bodies.

It has the same red led overlay as previous 11-point cameras.

I doubt any bodies will use the new LCD layout other than FF cameras (which need to have that system for the sake of the crop frame) or perhaps future APS-C flagships.

Thanks for the info, Adam. I came from Nikon, and my old D90 had an LCD overlay. I hope Pentax incorporates it into their APS-C cameras one day.
