I've been unable to update the firmware due to what I have concluded is an incompatible OS. Checking the Ricoh Support pages reveals that the status for ‘Compatibility for connecting with Mass Storage’ (?) is not yet confirmed for Mac OS High Sierra(10.13). A bit of web surfing shows that Pentax isn't the only brand affected by this OS.

Has anyone else experienced this or have further information, or am I getting it completely wrong? Thanks, peggy
