Continuous shooting cannot work if clarity function is enabled

It takes only one single frame even in high speed continuous shooting mode.
It works after I change the value of Clarity function back to 0.
Does anyone have same problem?

Yes, that's how it is. Clarity enhancement requires a lot of processing so it doesn't work for burst shooting.

I think all the PP functions affect burst mode speed. CA correction and shadow correction, but distortion correction a little more and clarity as well. If you want maximum burst rate you should shoot raw and disable all PP options and choose a simple jpeg profile like natural; or shoot jpeg and enable only the most basic things you need.

But I am surprised clarity completely disables continuous; I would think it only slows it down. Feel free to write to Pentax to change that in a firmware update
