Well folks here's something that I found to be very interesting, I found this while searching Pentax on Google :ClassAction.org | Join Class Action Lawsuits | Know Your Rights Read the whole class action lawsuit against Ricoh/Pentax. I was wondering when these cameras were going to fail like mine did enough to get this started but heck, it was already started.

Then there is this class action suit as well!
