time stamp off on videos on my K-70

Hello all. I've had my K-70 for about a year and it's been really nice. But having an issue with the time stamps for videos. The time stamp for photos is correct, once I adjusted the time in the menus. But the video time stamp shows a time about 5 hours earlier than the actual time. I did verify that when I'm in video mode the time is correct as shown in the menus, it just gets stamped wrong in the actual file.

Anybody else notice that?

Thanks,
-Jason

Does that affect stills differently than videos?

Depending on how you import them? World time is the only setting I can think of that could cause this behaviour...

Not so much the world time settings but the TIME ZONE setting. Your local time has to be in accordance with your time zone.

Yes, checked the time and time zone settings, it's correct. But even if that was wrong, it should have same effect on photos vs videos.

BUT - just checked the time stamp on the videos on the camera itself (the photos/videos are still on the SD card), they are correct. It is only the time in Photos (Mac photo tool, Photos 7.0, MacOS Monterey 12.5.1) that is incorrect. So for some reason when Photos is importing videos, it's getting the wrong time for them.

Is anyone importing videos from the K-70 into Photos 7.0 and seeing the correct time?
