Happy New Year everyone. New, participating member here (see this post). While I spend a lot of time learning all that the K70 has to offer (and being inspired by the amazing photographs on these pages) I thought I'd post a first image to get the ball rolling. Taken this morning from the comfort of a warm home, it's now time to brave the cold and have some photographic fun, providing my car starts.
Cheers, peggy

Well having got the K-70 for Christmas i've now actually had a bit of time to play around with it and i have to say I'm absolutely smitten with it. I've tried it with the 100mm f2.8 WR macro and a newly acquired 55 - 300 PLM and have been blown away with the results (with the Camera lens combos anyway, the person behind the camera still needs some improvement ). Here are some of the better ones, may add more as i edit / upload them.

Finally managed to get it to work Apologies for the odd sizes i guess thats because it's dependent on the crop/actual pixel dimensions. While Flickr doesn't seem to have an issue with displaying them all the same size/ratio this forum clearly does.

Just to show off the sensor (and image stabilization) of the K-70 with the 16x85mm lens, and because I was very bored while watching my beloved Vikings get massacred by the Eagles, I took the following. 16x85mm lens (zoomed to 39mm) at f4.5, 1/10 sec, ISO 1000, handheld, light from a 100w equiv LED bulb in a lamp, some fairy lights on the mantle, and from the TV (hence the blue glow in places which is not CA). This a 2756x2164 crop.

With performance like this, bad pics are very much the fault of the operator.

Very nicely done! I never thought of using Pixel Shift like that.
It would be interesting to learn, if you are willing to share, the lens used, the camera settings for the Pixel shift shot and the stacked images and if a gps was used
