New Video of Rufous Rufous Hummingbird yesterday.

HD DA 55-300mm about 5 feet from me to Rufous Hummingbird.

Nice video!! But that is a male Anna's Hummingbird. Note the complete lack of rufous colour anywhere.

Great video but that is not a rufous hummer. Check allaboutbirds.org website. Yours looks like a male Annas Hummer but I am not 100% sure since we only have the ruby throat here in the eastern US. For sure it is not a rufous hummer which is a copper color all over except for the red throat.

First of all that's beautiful. That color shift. Lovely. Was SR on? It doesn't seem to jello that much. Yeah if you set it to 30p instead of 60i your video will look a lot smoother online because it won't be interlaced. That said for action 60i can look better visually if played on a device that supports interlacing but for best results on the web you still have to interpolate it down to 30p in software, which has its own set of issues.

Sidenote: does anyone know if they bumped the bitrate on k-70 video or is it still 20mbps like its 2009?
