Hello
I am probably being stupid but I wonder if anyone can help.
I am trying to customise the control panel but after I have set it up to my taste (following the manual to the letter on several occasions), I cannot get the camera to
save my settings and no matter what I have done the panel reverts to its previous settings.
I cannot see what I am missing or have done incorrectly.
I would be grateful for any advice.

When does it revert the settings- right away or after you turn off the camera?

I believe the procedure is- EV button -> OK -> make your selection -> OK -> EV button.

Are you using USER modes or Movie ? If you make your changes when in a USER or movie mode it may not carry over to another mode. You would need to save it again

Thank you for the replies - sorry about delays but have been away for a few days.
Pschlute - I am no using user or movie mode.
Adam - I have followed the manual exactly and when I get to stage 7 and press ev the control panel reverts to its appearance in stage 1. Menu then returns to standby.
There doesn't seem (to me) to be any way of saving the settings I have made - aitho' there must be!
I have been thro' the procedure many, many times with the same result.

Thanks again for the replies - I've solved it.
I was trying to set parameters which only applied to live view while not in live view.
