Can't figure out how to fine-tune the K-70 internal clock

Hello. Please forgive me if this has already been answered, but I have searched the forums and have not found this addressed. The internal clock in my K-70 is set to NY time (I live in Maine, and NY was the closest city to choose), but the time is oddly about ten minutes behind. I cannot figure out any way to set the exact time (which is important, especially since I use the interval timer frequently and need the camera and my watch to agree). Thanks!

In the menu, go to the date adjustment. In this menu, you can change the minutes. (At least I can with the K-1, K3 and K5)

Thanks! That's it. Weird that changing the time is in the date adjustment screen, but at least we found it.

No problem. I’ve found all of my digital cameras need a few minutes of adjustment every 6 months to 1 year. No different than my car’s clock. It took me some time to find it the first time because you set it initially during the set-up program, which doesn’t actually take you to the menu it’s in.

If you need watch time and camera time to be closely synchronized, take a picture of your watch when you start/end a relevant photo session. You can then find the difference between "real" time and camera time.

Date & time settings are usually grouped together. The date is just a less accurate expression of the time...
