Is there no internal links

I've looked at the sample of the book and there are no links from the contents page to the actual chapters. Is that just for the sample or will the final book also require a lot of scrolling?

The full version of the eBook has working internal and external links, as well as an interactive table of contents (as shown below), which should make flipping through the PDF a breeze. I'll update the sample if I can find a better way of splitting the PDF.

The ebook is available at Amazon as a Kindle version for $19.99. Is the ebook version available through the Pentax Forum different? Is so, how?
