Update as of 1/7/2017: Direct official support on the forum proved to be considerably more taxing than originally expected, so the previous official support section has been closed per Ricoh's request. Community forum support is of course still available, and official support can be reached by phone or chat. In addition, you can leave any feedback/suggestions in a thread in this forum and they will be e-mailed to Ricoh.
