Some great ideas here. Gaffer tape seems to be a universal fixit tool.

I too Have an XR2s. Great feature with the blind. But lacking the blind, I just use my hat

When I got my K5 I was surprised it didn’t have a built in cover like my K2 DMD. I’ve noticed leaks occasionally shooting long exposures before.

It would be a nice feature to have.
