Des, a bit different to slogging through South Gippsland mud with drays on the "corduroy" roads, eh? And if it wasn't raining, the water would still be dripping from the trees.

Not one of my best KP shots, but it was explored recently . Perhaps of more interest, I could not have got the shot without using the KP's flip-out screen, as the MFD of the SuperTak 150 I was using has an MFD as long as I am high .

And here's a recent one that shows how nicely the Russian TAIR-11A 135/2.8 performs with the KP (and a 10mm extension tube).

I could not say why, but I like the last one quite a bit ^^

Like it. Looks very calm, specially with that purple-ish light.

I had to go some pages back to look for the images you're talking about. Thank you very much for your friendly comment!

In Germany we call this flower "Schachbrettblume" (Fritillaria meleagris).

Thank you!

No traffic, no other noise. Just natures voices. I love such calm nature mood and the air was clean and light was great.

Not technically the "best", but I thought an interesting series from an opportunity that popped up while "playing" with my new old Sigma 50-500mm zoom.

The Great Blue Heron flew in, looked around and walked off. Pardon the focus, he/she just would not be still.

Love the serenity

I love the duck picture. I can picture myself in a lawn chair watching the ducks and relaxing

Nice pictures. Animals and children are inherently difficult to photograph.

May I say that these are greylag geese?

Yes, if I had a chair with me I could also have relaxed with these geese. Mood was healing calm.

Here's another similar image and one that shows the evening sky ...

@NoobOnTour: I appreciate that you like these images and mention it!
