Generally I think photos of the actual camera itself but taken with a different camera are still allowed/ok, at least you see that a lot on flickr groups etc. Same with shots of lenses etc.

Thanks BruceBanner, yours as well! One of the things I like is not always having to do post processing - that one is straight out of the camera jpeg.
