A couple of days ago I took this photo of The Moon using my KP with pixel shift enabled, the resulting DNG file was a not inconsiderable 110MB in size. The KP was attached to an Altair Astro Lightwave 72mm ED-R refractor telescope mounted on an Skywatcher EQ5 Synscan mount, the manual exposure was 1/125sec at ISO100, 0EV. This was my first attempt at using my KP's pixel shift through a telescope, it seems to have worked.
Very nice result Nickrs!

Took some shots to test the Bokeh of my Sigma 120-400 HSM OS today. Here is one I liked a lot. I also put up an album with some BIF and a Great Blue Heron using tis lens. If you check any out, let me know what you think there. According to many reviews, this lens is not supposed to be this sharp at 400mm and wide open, it has been a very pleasant surprise!

Spring is arriving: Starling in blooming trees, Togus Pond, Maine. Today I was just struck by how the colors on the Starling popped just reviewing my images in Windows viewer, so I did a little PP in DxO. Sigma APO 120-400 HSM OS.

2 and 3 are with the 55-300 PLM on March 28th. Gull in flight and landing in the snow, Belfast, Maine.
