Pentax KP definitely deserves to have more photos presented therefore I am attaching some of my Today's captures here. This was Wieliczka's Rally, Krakow, Poland.

I am sorry if colors are innacurate but Capture One 10 does not yet know KP and I am not sure if I have properly handled White Balance. I am having Essilior Prevencia glasses and editing colors is a nightmare - everything is moved towards warmer colors. Sometimes I am taking them off but then I am unable to verify sharpness...

BTW some nice Canon pro guy who was shooting with some big Canon camera next to me looked at my body (I mean camera and not me ) and said "Oh, I am also gonna go mirrorless"
Haha... Anyway ... All the photos here are impressive. IDK... I may end up scoring a KP after all! Still mulling between this and a K-70. I have plenty of good lenses I like so no problems there.

I'd go for the KP if not just for the superior AF and accelerator chip. It's an amazing camera not just in IQ but in handling as well.

Remember that Pentax can't shoot moving things... Especially something like a barn swallow a long way away over a lake. Cropped to 1600 by 1064 or so. DA*300.

Sir that's against the law, the police are being sent to your location now. Who do you think you are shooting moving things with a Pentax camera?!

I went for KP due to 5 User Modes vs 3 I think that the K70 has. I use up all my modes, I want MOOAAR!!

But also K70 apparently gets the dreaded aperture block failure also (like what my K50 suffered). If not much is in the price, go the KP imo.

I don't think I've seen a picture from the 11-18 that hasn't wowed me in some way. Has to be one of the best APSC lenses ever made.
