It’s always interesting when some photo subject presents itself to me when the last thing I’m thinking about is photography. I was doing a little maintenance outside when I happened to notice this tiny fellow lying on my water hose. Not the best photo as far as lighting, but I thought it was cool how much the lizard’s texture matched with the texture on the hose.
I really have little patience for any type of wildlife photography but did manage to change position without scaring it away. But he wouldn’t look at me.
I took a couple of more shots trying to get his face, but he decided he had had enough of that big lens being stuck in his face and left.
