So I'm assuming the fit problem for the KP version noted on the customer product review has been addressed and rectified?
Got the Brotect today from Germany, fitted my KP perfectly. Nice flexible glass. Worth the 5 bucks and change.

Nothing to see here! It was like the video, just watch out as the backing plastic is fairly stiff. I actually repositioned it when it flipped back on to the glass and it still looks great!

Just ordered the Brotect, too. We'll see how it goes.

Just be prepare for the backing plastic to be fairly stiff also and make sure the screen is well cleaned and dry and it is no problem laying it down correctly. You probably won't even be able to tell it is on since it is clear glass.

I still haven't even put a screen protector on my KP. The screen is so recessed I can't even see how I'd scratch it.

Most times scuffs appear as if by mystery. But seriously (or not) the WR nature of the system lends itself to use in less than pristine conditions and not always stored in a proper camera bag between shots.

Less than 6 bucks shipped from Germany is cheap insurance. I think I may have had a little scuff already, but I know I won't get any more.

I got the BROTECT® AirGlass® Premium Glass Screen Protector for Pentax KP because I'd heard good things about that one here on the Forum. Never bothered with my K-S2 because I can flip the screen closed for protection when not in use, but the KP screen stays exposed. Didn't need touch screen capability, not worried about anti bacterial performance and did like the sound of it being actual glass. Dirt cheap, and easy to apply, perfect fit. You really can't go wrong. I haven't had (as far as I know) any occurences that have put it to the test, but it's good to know there's something on the screen as a first line of defence.

I bought the BolinUS 0.3mm LCD Optical 9H Hard Tempered 2 Pack Anti-scratch Glass Screen Protector for $8. It works fine. Best not to overthink this: it's only a screen protector.
