Ok, what are you guys using? there are not that many out there at the minute, I usually use expert shield but contacted them and got nothing back which usually means no. so no bubbles and totally reliable, if I have to get it from the US, thats fine too...

K-S2 and K-70 protectors should also work, as the screen has the same size.

Many thanks Adam! Thats what I get for assuming that they would muck about with the LCD size or frame a bit because it was a new camera, and nothing existing would fit. Ordered myself a couple of expert shields, so that should be that sorted then.

I've always liked the ACMAXX ones too, had em on both of my K3's, they've just started listing one on ebay (Online Fred) but the picture is not of the actual item, so I don't know if it will fit over the LCD frame or in the recess of the glass itself? Might be a problem if it has a silvered border?

Did the Brotect fit the KP properly? Mine did not - slightly too long and would not lie flat.

Still waiting for it to arrive. The ones for the K1 and other cameras fit nicely though. Will report back here when it arrives.

Anyone tried the ACMAXX one yet?
ACMAXX 3.0" HARD LCD SCREEN ARMOR PROTECTOR for Pentax K-P KP 16018 16038 silver | eBay
The picture used in the listing is obviously not a KP!
Just wondering what it looks like and if it fits around the screen recess, and has the silver border, does it protrude too much so it might get knocked? I've had good luck with the ACMAXX ones in the past, my expert shield did not fit properly, and so it's gone back, so anybody got one to show???

Went with an "Expert Shield" K70 version fit is great, goes on first time with no bubbles and great customer service, since I mucked up the first one and they sent me another next day shipping free of charge, great stuff!

I got my KP in Nov. ‘18 and ordered an Expert Shield screen protector from Amazon, it didn’t fit so I cut it down as a temporary fix. I then contacted Expert Shield customer service. In discussing the problem it was determined the wrong size was packaged for the KP. They sent me two new ones so I would have a backup if ever needed. The new one fit perfectly. The installation instructions are excellent as is their customer service. Highly recommended.

So I'm assuming the fit problem for the KP version noted on the customer product review has been addressed and rectified?

I read this thread and ordered a Brotect version from their site for less than half the price of that auction site and the price I paid includes shipping from Germany. I hope it fits properly as @darrenhodson reported. I will post here to report my results. The application video is impressive on their site though!
