LV/Movie mode switch not working everytime

I have just purchased a KP last week and I am having this strange issue.
Sometimes when I switch from OVF to LV or movie it doesn't seem to switch to the mode I have selected.

Usually I have to turn the camera off and on couple of times for it to return normal.
Does anyone also have the same issue as well?

I wonder if it could be a lens mount issue. Does it happen with other lenses too? If so then it might just be a faulty switch.

I tried different lenses but the issue is still there.
I think I might have loosen it a little and it seems to be okay now.
What I have found out is that the switch doesn't recognize the mode change if you push the switch and switch.
