KP users - do some tests, help Bill Claff

I noticed the other day on DPReview that Bill Claff was asking KP shooters for help in providing image samples for his sensor testing work:

Help Sought to Perform KP Sensor Analysis at PhotonsToPhotos: Pentax SLR Talk Forum: Digital Photography Review

It would be great if any KP users could help him out. His email is bclaff@post.harvard.edu and his site & charts are at:

Photons to Photos

His work is very useful, especially when sites like DxOMark sometimes ignore Pentax, or simply take forever to test Pentax.

It will be particularly interesting to see how the KP sensor performs against other cameras on charts like this one:

Photographic Dynamic Range versus ISO Setting

He hasn't added KP to his list so maybe he needs more samples. He already had the Sony A7RIII up and that isn't even available in the US yet.

So in summary, what do I need to do to be able to help him? Take shots of what and how many?

All I know is what he posted in the DPR article:

Data gathering involves taking a number of specific raw images; tedious but not hard for most.

and his web site:

Data is measured from raw files taken to my specifications and contributed by people from around the world.

To find out his 'specifications', you need to email him.

He really needs to post a methodology page on his web site to openly display how he does his work and calculations.
