I'm a big fan of the D-BG7. I took my KP to Antarctica last December and used it extensively with the DFA150-450. The improvement in handling with such a lens was dramatic, and having a big D-Li90 battery backing up the D-Li109 was reassuring in the cold. I now use the grip with all but the small primes.

I hardly ever use the grips on my K-1 bodies.

The one from my Benro tilt head is living on my 300.

Got a name crossed since I was looking at monitors earlier.
