DA 55-300 PLM and the DA 20-40 limited......What a pair !
I also have the DA 35 macro but haven't been using it nearly as much as the 55-300 as of late.

What grip do you use? It is possible that I am still getting use to the body but I find my K3 to be much more comfortable with a larger lens. You can't argue with the IQ though, the kp is stellar.

I use the DA 16-50 and 50-135. With the KPs amazing ISO capabilities I can use the 5.6 of my DA16-50 more. I leave the primes to the K5iis since I can shoot them wide open without any worry about IQ suffering.

An addendum to my earlier post.

What lenses do I use on my KP?

Short answer: all of them.

Sandy hit the nail on the head. I am used to an mx from the old days and I have always had the small grip on my KP. In short, I use every lens including my Fa* 300 4.5 and my Fa* 80-200 2.8.

On the KP I use the 55-300 PLM, DA*50-135, DA 50/1.8, several M42s and a few legacy PK mount manual lenses.

I own mostly legacy glass, so that's what ends up on my KP until I can afford to buy a couple lenses I truly want. I find my KP for the most part has some type of Fujinon EBC glass attached to the front.

I got reasonable results with the older model 55-300 on my K5ii:
