Cleaning the KP

I have a dust spec showing in the viewfinder below the brackets. It is there regardless of the lens, so its a KP issue.

I cleaned the viewfinder, mirror and the sensor. I got the dust spec to move, but it is NOT on any of the mentioned surfaces.
Ideas of the location?

Usually visible dust is on the focusing screen, so that's where I'd look next.

Can it be on top of the focusing screen? I did clean the focusing screen lower side.
So air or tampering withthe focusing screen by opening it?

Yes it can. When it happened to me, I referred to a video that showed how to change out a focusing screen. I removed the screen and blew out the space. I also washed the screen by lathering my hands with soap and and rubbing the screen gently with my lathered hands. I rinsed with tap water and blew off the remaining water with compressed air.
