To be honest I haven't paid much attention to the Theta, but was intrigued by its possibilities after the recent CP+ interview.

It seems to me that this technology is crying out for integration into a drone, perhaps in collaboration with an existing drone maker, especially if spatial sound can be integrated.

Is this a new idea, or (more likely, I suspect), a topic that has already been chewed over by the forums?

I think it's a good idea. If they could make really small thetas for really small drones, then it would take Theta selfies (and real estate photography) to the next level, not to mention other cool landscape ideas.

I'd like a helmet mount Theta with loop recording for recording poor drivers when I'm on my bicycle.
