Hi people, I need your help.
I have a Theta S, I am very happy to use it, but now I have a problem: when I connect to my phone with the theta app, as soon as I try to shoot I miss the connection by turning off the camera and I can't connect with the phone.
Did anyone have the same problem?
You can help me?

First thing to check would be your Theta firmware version and the Theta app version, and update both if needed.

Note that there are multiple Theta apps. Also make sure you are using the one that works with the Theta S.

I have issues with my galaxy s7 when I listen to podcasts, this might help you, it stops and gets disconnected. I used to restart the phone to make it go again. Then I found a better way. The fix I learned was to press the icon button with stacked rectangles, it shows all your apps, (I use many apps and never close them) press the CLOSE ALL option, then reopen the app that fails, it works better (for me) doing that.
