The Pope will say Mass at the Basilica on July 28th 2022. A grandiose building photographed with a K3 III + HD DA 16-85 mm ED using the "MONOCHROME" palette, 52 mm FL @ f/8.

About KATEN? It is pretty interesting but only for sunny days, it adds strong emphasis on sky. Blue sky with some white cloudls would look fantastic with proper scene. But if it is dark and cloudy everything becomes blueish flat I think. It is not everyday use profile, I suppose it was intended to be a holiday one. I want to try it at sunrise and sunset sessions on a day with clear sky, may produce nice results.

Taken with Pentax K3iii and 60-250 last weekend at Traverse City MI air show. Cropped and reduced images otherwise SOOC. Did not expect to be there so I did not have my 150-450 with me, however I was pleased with the results from the lens I had on the camera.
Two are of the Blue Angels and their new Super Hornets, the third is of a 1943 built P-51 Mustang followed by a F-16 Viper.
