Post your K3 iii pictures.

I guess some one had to start this thread. Mine hasn't arrived yet so let us drool over what we can expect.

it goes up to 6400 for what looks like home setting. I'd love to see low light action when it's really necessary to bump iso

Here at 51200

First image OOC (reduced size for posting of course and JPEG). Second is at auto setting in Topaz Denoise. No particular care taken so results could be improved if it was an important shot.

Very exciting to see photos starting to get posted! That wall arrangement crop at 51200 iso does a pretty decent job of showing the differences- better than the other arrangement posted at another thread. And to really demonstrate the ultimate tracking performance potential (beyond the stellar performance already being shown in the posted sofa and blanket image), perhaps treats must be involved. LOL. Keep em coming guys!

One more test shot at what I think will be my standard max ISO (after testing with several other images)....

25600!

The first one is OOC. Number 2 and 3 are 200% crops both with and without denoising

Edit: I think I got my croppings wrong on this, but whatever

So here it is with REALLY 200% crop, both with and without denoising.

Topaz doesn't do as well with a photo of a photo. Note the frame and wall instead

Looks good SOOC, how do the colors compare?

I just took a walk to the park and can post these photos.

I haven't even really had time to look at 'em:

Dropbox - Rabbit - Simplify your life
Dropbox - Flight - Simplify your life

---------- Post added 04-24-21 at 12:56 PM ----------

^^^ make sure to download and open in your raw converter, Dropbox doesn't render the image correctly in-browser.

Also... might mention that all the shots I've posted today were taken screwdrive AF with the HD 40mm LTD.

I'm not sure if it counts as a SOOC .jpeg if the .dng was converted to .jpeg in post (zero editing) but here is a shot from the park and a 100% crop:

The wall should have a touch more magenta IMO. Very acceptable, in fact impressive considering the low light.
