K-3 III and iPhone Bluetooth Not Connecting

Hey anyone else out there having problems connecting their K-3 III to their iPhone/iPad Bluetooth?
My computer can find my phone and find the camera, but my phone cannot find my camera.
Turn the Action for Bluetooth on and pair device at the same time that my phone has the Bluetooth turned on and is searching for devices.
I made sure to check my phone's firmware and it's completely updated. Same with the iPad...
The name never pops up to connect...
Any ideas? Maybe just a bug that'll get ironed?

No iPhone or K-3iii here, but take a look at this thread, seems to have a solution:

It’s weird how the WCG doesn’t really mention needing to start from in Image Sync, but the Image Sync web page points it out. I kind of hope that Ricoh hires a couple of technical writers (at least one of whom is fluent in English) once they start turning a profit on the K-3 iii. The documentation is, shall we say, sparse.

The last paragraph on page one of the Wireless Communications Guide reads:

QuoteQuote:
Caution - When the operating system of the communications device is iOS use "Image Sync" to connect the camera to the communications device. Refer to "Operating the Camera with a Communications Device" (p.4) for details on "Image Sync".

I've never used Bluetooth on a camera before but used wifi a few times.
I've used Bluetooth on phones, headsets, and controllers...
I figured I'd be able to setup the wifi easy enough since I've done it in camera before and I was right - no problem connecting to wifi.
and seeing the Bluetooth option right below the wifi option I thought heck couldn't be too hard.
but I was wrong. ahaha
there are guides need reading to know you need to start off the in app. silly me.
meh glad I got it working and I hope the video and thread helps people get it right the first time :P
