Hi there!

Anyone know how the availability of the K-3 III is in Europe and Sweden/Finland/Norway?

It has been unavailable since the release. I pre-ordered but nothing so far...

Any news? Any dates?

a member in Sweden got one already, there are several from Europe who have gotten them as well

I guess you could try using PM to reach out to them about the details

others from the US, Canada and the UK has gotten the K 3 III

Not available in Norway yet. It says delivery in May.......

I'm still waiting for the phone call or email from my B&M store here in Belgium. They told me the Ricoh distribution center received some cameras last week and expect them in store around this time. Since I didn't hear anything yesterday (Friday), I'm hoping either Monday or Tuesday.

They didn't specify which versions were received, so I'm still not sure whether my silver premium will be included. Given the premium kits being sold out, I'm not even sure my order will be honoured at all... If not, it'll be a body only in the available colour.

I pre-ordered as soon as I could. The store's confirmation for a reservation is dated April 2nd, which I assume is early enough. Unless there simply were no premium kits set aside for the tiny market that is Belgium for Ricoh...

Regardless, I'll be over the moon with the silver premium kit, but will be very glad with a black body as well.

It is easy to get a copy instantly shipped to Scandinavia (18€ shipping to Sverige).

2 years warranty in Sweden. 1 year if buying from Germany so that is a no go.

If you find a German dealer citing a one year warranty, you should inform him that he is breaking EU regulations. Customers are ensured a minimum two year warranty within the EU.
Fotolooman.nl offers a five year warranty with camera purchases as standard. Going ABOVE the minimum is legal!

Yes, 2 years in Germany if bought in Germany, 2 years in Sweden if bought in Sweden. If bought in Germany, 1 year in Sweden.

If I buy from Germany to Sweden I can send it back to Germany within 2 years to claim warranty or send to the Swedish repair shop within 1 year. But the cost is not worth the hassle. In Sweden I will not need to pay for shipping the gear to repair shop.
