K3 III Manual Download - what is the 'TC' version?

Ricoh's site offers the K3 III manual in two versions: 'Camera Manual' and 'Camera Manual TC' - anyone know what the difference is?

different characters
Traditional Chinese = Mandarin = TC = Taiwan/Hong Kong/Macao/Singapore/Malaysian use this characters.
Simplified Chinese = CN = China / Singapore / Malaysian use this characters.

TimeCode is also a TC, Unlike the date and time installed on the camera with which the files are created, the timecode is a very accurate time counter (similar to a stopwatch), whose data is written into each recorded video file, not into its properties in the medium’s file system. This information I found when I downloaded the manual on Tiandy TC-C32WN on The Pirate Bay.
