I'm not really good as using the Pentax for movies (K3, K3ii, K1, and K3iii)...but now I'm having to more and more. So I am using the K3iii with the 55-300PLM and was pleased pretty much with the AFC auto focus. Is that the only lens so far that does AFC? Also, I'm having a difficult time even knowing how to set up the camera parameters, such as which mode to use, ISO, and things like that.

The soon to be released DA* 16-50/2.8 PLM will do AFC as well.

Reminds me; I must give the K3iii movie mode a try. It's way down my priority list, but ...
