Defective K3 iii

@Adam I wonder why Ricoh has never setup a formal monitoring of this site. This site provides a fantastic wealth of customer intelligence and opportunities for fixing customer issues.

You should give them a call. I don't see why they wouldn't service the camera under warranty, as long as it can be brought back to Canada.

There used to be a policy where you could also get it serviced in a different country for a nominal fee as long as the original warranty is valid, so this may also apply in your case and could make the process easier.

Good morning everyone.

Finally, Ricoh has replied saying that the warranty repairs will be undertaken, but only in Canada. So I will send the camera through a friend going to Canada in January 2022.

I really appreciate your kind offer to help and the efforts you have taken in this regard.
