We laughed our a$$ off DPR..... although it would very well be the winner of a long list, as it is certainly a great body. Bravo Pentax.

When you're an underdog, competing in the least competitive segments is probably smart, regardless of merit!

Yes, the review was very good. I think many of us are tired of the vitriol that so often is spewed from some members of PF on those who prefer other bands. We should appreciate Chris's thoughtful words. We know why we still use and enjoy Pentax equipment. We should also appreciate that others have different priorities and needs that do not make them foolish or ignorant. Let's just enjoy the good things we have.

Certainly, a reasonable argument can be made that the K-3 III is the best general-purpose APS-C DSLR on the market, new or otherwise.

Interestingly, one can also make the same case for the KP.

I have watched their best and worst end of year review for many years. It is a bit of fun

Pentax did well to get a mention, and nice to see the K3-III acknowledged.
