Personally, I prefer to be in control of camera parameters when taking images. Hence I would not use the Pentax version of auto ISO as discussed above, but use Tav, where I am fully aware of the floating ISO value. The other modes I generally use are Av, M and B as appropriate. But each to his/her own and as Kypfer mentions, the K-3iii is so configurable that all tastes can be accommodated.
Just enjoy using this exceptional camera.

Out of interest, on the K-3iii, within the 'Exposure Setting' menu, 'ISO Sensitivity Setting' section, the 'Min. Shutter Speed Op.', ISO Auto with Min. Speed' and 'Minimum Shutter Speed' are greyed out and cannot be adjusted.
Can anyone advise what function(s) are these linked to, to prevent them being utilised. My guess is a link to a program function. As I don't use program functions, I don't have intimate knowledge in this area.

ISO sensitivity setting is basically you telling the camera what range of auto settings you want it to perform.
Min shutter = the slowest shutter speed you're comfortable with before the camera starts changing the ISO value to keep a proper exposure.
The min and max ISO need to be set so the camera will adjust the ISO on the fly BEFORE being forced to change the shutter speed for a proper exposure.

This mode only affects auto modes that do not control the shutter speed by default (Av, P).
