Hope the Dropbox link works. I couldn't figure out how else to get the file uploaded to the Forum.
First of all, Vincen, thank you for your photos! You really make pixel-shift look like it's worth trying.

Now, about the link. Have you heard about Github? It's a popular service among those who work with various code-like information, and it's perfect for a RT template file (which is an ini file it seems). It hosts the file, it is searchable, keeps modification history, etc.

By the way, it references the color profile from your ACR config, the 5_Huelight K1M2 High V172.dcp. Is it required? Where to get one?

Here: Pentax Camera Profiles

I know his wonderful photos have a unique look, immediately recognizable as one of his. Probably worth the $25 for the profiles. If they had them for the K3III I'd definitely give them a try as an Adobe alternative, but they only offered the K1 and K1II, plus the Pentax MF digitals.

Thanks, Gator. I wonder if DCP profiles could be converted to ICC.. 'cause that's what my conerter of choice, RPP, accepts.

I uploaded it as a zip file to the Forum (see my first post) and so that should help. I think I created the pixel shift template for a K-1 II (which I had before I had a K-3 III) and I just started using it with the K-3 III images. It wouldn't hurt to use a different DCP file -- just so it gives neutral processing. I don't want something that really amps up the saturation or sharpening a whole lot. I think you can use whatever standard Adobe camera specific color you like.

It probably depends on the lens. My widest lens is the DA 15 limited (I have the DFA 15-30 as well). It doesn't seem to have any issues and I usually don't correct it in Lightroom, although it is easy to do so. Pixel shift is only shifting the sensor a tiny amount, so it isn't pushing the edges of your lens the way something like composition adjustment would do.

This is the link for the RT download
One of the things I like about RT is that it will also equalize exposure between the individual images contained in a pixel shift file. That helps to decrease screen door/checker board effect when taking longer exposures.
