I've got a Bronica EC that works well except I have an issue with the film back. With 120 film and the back set to 12 exposures, it shoots the 12 shots, but then doesn't wind up the roll... instead it continues as though it was set to 24... shutter cocks, winds to next frame, etc. After 3 or 4 shots past 12 I can feel the roll has ended as winding loosens up. It's not a game stopper, as I can spot 12 exposures... just not working like it should. Does anyone have and experience with this issue? It's probably not worth repairing as I can get another back for $100.

sounds like a gear is damaged, or the gears arent shifting as you think they are.

Yeah, I'm probably going to buy a new back, then try taking apart the old one to see if it's something I can fix. Usually these kind of switches move a lever or lever/spring that get stuck due to old lube. The trick is getting to it without too much disassembly so I can get it back together when finished.
