Just this week I held in my hands for the first time an LX. It is such a nice camera. However, it had film advance issues along with intermittant mirror lock up issues. So, I returned it to the seller.

But, I really want to shoot with this body. I know Eric Hendrickson is not touching LX's......he confirmed that for me this week. Is anyone else doing work on LX's? I'd like to find another one, but I'm reluctant if no one will touch them if I end up with sticky mirror or some other type of issues.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
