Gold Photo - Monopod YH304

Chinese made Monopod .
Anyone have any experience with it?
Thinking to buy one, comes with camera head YH43.
Its on special for $100 aus.
Looking at it and comparing to others high end monopod's it dose look and feel very good also came with ball-had (I spouse it bonus)
It is (or rather will be) my first monopod and any suggestion will be most appreciated

I don't know what their monopods are like but I have a Gold Photo tripod, (model YH 314C) that came with a 3 way head,
(model YH 410) and its a great tripod. Virtually identical to the older model 190? Manfrotto, very strong & solidly built. (if I changed the stickers you wouldn't know the difference between them). If the monopod is anything like the tripod it should be pretty good.

Thanks ozzi-paul.
I have the same feeling about this monopod as you described the different between two tripod, Gold-photo & Manfrotto.
They looks the same to me and the only different I can see is that one is $214 without the ball-head and and Gold-Photo is $100 including ball-head.
The salesman assure me that it is very good monopod and apparently have some connection with Manfrotto company.

I got a Manfrotto monopod, only because the store didn't have any Gold Photo ones there. If they had them I would have gotten one as the manfrotto didn't have a ball head so that will be an extra expense.
My tripod was just under $200 (Aust) and the same looking manfrotto was nearly double. I don't know why there isn't more Gold Photo stuff around, it seems to be pretty good for the money.
