Sigma DG 500 Super on K10D

Has anyone had a problem and sent their flash back to Sigma? Mine is unuseable. Way underexposed.

Had you tried it on the K100d???

All Sigma DG 500s pre the K100d had to be sent back to be "rechipped" I assume those that were pre k100d rechippinng probably need the same treatment for thhe K10d...

I got my DG 500 Super last January and have used it on my DS where it works perfectly.

Mine does the same. Works fine in manual or slave modes though.

Just spoke to Sigma USA yesterday. Joele's post is correct, any older unit will need to be rechipped. They will do it for free.
