Need a camera bag for my Pentax k-x!

Hi I am going on vacation and am looking for a camera bag, I need it to fit my my camera and my lenses the Pentax 55-300mm and the standard 18-55mm lens. I would like it to be as small as possible while still being able to fit everything while keeping it safe. I will be in Disney so I will be going on rides with it, there is also rains alot in August so I would like it to be water proof! Any one have any recommendations?

What's your budget? Do you prefer something like a sling, a backpack, holster or shoulder bag?

With just the context you provided the first thing I thought was a Loewpro Toploader 50 AW and then a supplementary lens case that can be attached (by design) to the side of the bag using a modular strap system. The bag has a deployable rain cover and although the the lens case isn't totally waterproof it should be sufficient enough. There's also an optional chest harness for maximum security.

While I don't personally have the Toploader I have done much research on it and have decided on it as my compact camera bag, I just have to get around to buying one. I do have one of the lens cases though and have no complaints

Thanks for the replies. These all seem nice and I will probably end up getting a bag like one of these but...I would really like to get a cute camera bag for girls. I have found I few that I love that look just like purses except they cost like 100 to 200 dollars. So ladies if you have any cute camera bags that are a reasonable price please share.

Funny how one adjective can make something completely intangible.

Thank you

Not a lady but this was called to mind immediately, I haven't done much research into it though

Incase anyone is interested this is the adorable camera bag I bought!

I got it from Quality Handmade Bags by Martilena on Etsy

They are customized so I got to pick my own fabric.

You mentioned that the bag needed to be waterproof. Is that one waterproof?

I have the same set up too and managed to squeeze everything into the Lowepro Rezo 160 AW. It's small enough so you can carry that and a handbag as well and it doesn't look weird handheld.

Well the cotton fabric is not waterproof but all the other materials are so water won't get inside the bag.
